Customer Service Department of Plus mobile network  relies in its operations on the procedures and methods which ensure top quality of provided services in accordance with the requirements found in ISO 9001:2008 norm. The department offers all types of assistance round-the-clock.

The department consists of professional customer service representatives who have been relevantly trained and who hold top qualifications in the area.

They answer all customer questions and doubts related to use of a mobile network and mobile phones in the broad sense of the term. Thanks to a well-developed IT system each Plus network customer service representative is able to solve all customer problems while at the same time providing expert assistance and advice.
