We are a company which not only offers professional development but also creates  good and friendly work conditions. We focus our efforts on numerous aspects which have impact on satisfaction of our employees:

    The people who make up the Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. community are not only the employees with their scopes of responsibilities but also a group which has big influence on the shape of the Company's organizational culture. Thanks to involvement of individual employees and their willingness to develop as well as to support others, numerous initiatives are being realized in the Company, including:
    Dni Wiedzy (Knowledge Days), Honorowe Krwiodawstwo (Honorary Blood Donation), Drużyny Ratownictwa Medycznego (Medical Rescue Teams).
    It is also at the initiative of the employees that numerous sports groups  have been active in the company for many years, including groups devoted to such disciplines as: Volleyball, Mountain Hiking, Snow Skiing and Snowboard, Shooting, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Scuba Diving, Volleyball, Sailing, Motorcycling, etc..

    Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. includes expenditures on education and development of its employees in its plans since it treats such expenditures as indispensable and well-calculated investment. We go by the rule: "Those who progress do not go back."

HR Management Department strives to make sure that all the members of our organization have relevant knowledge, skills and experience which will enable them to achieve success and to achieve fulfillment in work. Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. employees can develop their competencies  through following types of training and development programs:

Training/workshops:
  • specialized/dedicated: they offer specialized know-how to the employees and they develop the skills required for the purpose of efficient work. Some of the training sessions, seminars and conferences are held abroad.
  • managerial skills improvement: it is a permanent and important element of development of the managerial staff; the training courses offer support for both the newly nominated managers as well as for experienced managers.
  • development of interpersonal skills
  • team-building type of training.

Apart from traditional training methods, while being a leader on the telecommunication and data communication services market we also offer to our employees the possibility of participating in multimedia training conducted with the use of  the in-house e-learning platform.
Our offer of training courses is expanded continuously so as to meet the employees needs in the best way possible and so as to boost their efficiency.

Development projects,  e.g. Coaching, Mentoring.
In addition our employees can attend English classes as well as obtain funding for their education at universities and colleges.
We not only offer vertical  career paths to our employees, which is associated with being promoted to a higher level in the company's hierarch but we also offer them the possibility of acquiring new, valuable experience through participation in project groups.
 

  1. Sports - apart from participation in the sports sections we also offer to our employees the possibility of using swimming pools and gyms.
     
  2. Culture - our activities as a Patron/Sponsor of Culture is not only dedicated to our clients but also to our employees. We enable employees to participate in cultural events sponsored by Polkomtel.
     
  3. Company Social Benefits Fund - partial funding of holiday leaves for employees, buying of Christmas gifts, loans for employees for their housing purposes as well as loans granted in difficult situations. Organization of events for the employees' children on the occasion of a Child's Day (1 June) or Christmas.
     
  4. Products and services in a special offer for employees - Rodzina Plusa (the Plus Family), Rodzina iPlusa (the iPlus Family) as well as the offers of cooperating companies (fitness clubs, manufacturers of household appliances, banks, insurance firms).
