The recruitment process at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. consists of several stages:

  1. Analysis of applications

    While reading the applications we above all pay attention to the compliance of the qualifications with the requirements described in the competence profile, that is a set of features and skills which we have been recognized as desirable for the candidates for a given position. What is valuable for us is the information on the scope of duties in previous jobs as well as the periods worked for previous employers, which should be quoted precisely to one month. In addition it is worth boasting of one's knowledge and skills which correspond to the requirements contained in the work offer. Big attention is paid to the style of the motivation letter and the look of the documents sent to us.  Please remember that your CV and your motivation letter are the items which provide to us the information about you and they decide whether we invite you to an interview or not.
     
  2. The interview

    The fist meeting is held with a representative of HR Management Department who would like to find out about your competencies from the point of view of the position you apply for. During the second meeting you will talk to your potential future superior who will ask you several subject-matter questions.
    Please remember that a recruitment meeting is about mutual exchange of information and you can ask questions at every stage of the interview!

    Tests and tasks to do
    Tests testing your knowledge and analytical skills, trials, questionnaires for analyzing your personal profile - we use various methods depending on the profile of a position. The information we obtain on such basis serves as additional source of information about you and it is auxiliary to the previously  mentioned methods , such as analysis of documents, checking of references or the interview.
    Notwithstanding the position you apply for, you will be asked to complete a competence test in which you will have to choose solutions for a dozen or so defined situations.

  3. End of the process

    A specific job proposal will be made to the selected person. As regards the remaining candidates invited to interviews, we will thank them for their participation in the recruitment process.
